At Promise to Power 50, we are committed to transparency, fairness, and integrity in all that we do. Please read the following refund policy carefully before registering or purchasing through our website.

Program Registration Refunds

Promise to Power 50 is a time-bound spiritual and community challenge running from Easter to Pentecost. Due to the nature of this program:

All sales are final once you place your order. Teens Opposing Poverty does not accept exchanges, refunds, or returns unless items are damaged or defective due to manufacturing.

If we issue a refund, we may charge a fee to cover shipping and transaction costs.

If the package is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address or incorrect shipping information, the customer is responsible for the cost to ship back out. This is necessary to get your package as all sales are final. 

If you do not receive your package within a week of saying it was delivered, please reach out to us via email so we can help resolve the problem. 

Apparel Items

All apparel items are ordered directly through Spring (formerly TeeSpring). They are responsible for receiving your order and shipping. Issues with sizing, defects, and shipping are handled directly with them.

If we make a mistake, we will do everything we can to correct it. Please email info@promisetopower.org with any questions or concerns.
